Our physicians are leaders in headache medicine, research, and education dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of headache disorders.
All attending physicians at the Ottawa headache Centre hold clinical privileges at major hospitals in the Ottawa region, maintaining active involvement in the acute management of neurological and complex headache disorders.
We combine academic expertise, clinical precision, and compassionate care to deliver evidence-based, personalized treatment for patients across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.

Dr. Christie combines academic leadership with clinical expertise to advance headache research, guideline development, and headache education across Canada.
Dr. Bradi is a neurologist with a headache-focused practice, co-author of national headache guidelines, and leader of the Headache in Pregnancy and Peri-Partum Program.
Dr. M. Cortel-LeBlanc practices both headache medicine and emergency medicine with special interests in acute headache care, cluster headache, CSF leaks, secondary headache disorders, and optimizing headache systems of care.
A bilingual neurologist and subspecialist in headache medicine, Dr. A. Cortel-LeBlanc contributes to clinical research and education and has an interest in headache in vascular disorders, women's health, TACs, and developing innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to headache care.
Dr. Kmeid is a bilingual neurologist currently completing his Headache Fellowship — providing expert headache management alongside general neurology care.
Dr. Hanes is a board-certified pediatric neurologist bringing specialized expertise in pediatric headache disorders to the Ottawa Headache Centre.
